Here and There

A lot has happened since we went to Cancun, here is a little bit of an update:

Halloween. Halloween was great this year! We have always gone to Beez's parents trunk or treat because I thought I liked trunk or treats better, but this year we didn't have time so we stuck around and went door to door in our neighborhood. It was so much fun! Both the boys loved it. They were both running from door to door.

Bode was spiderman, by his own request.

We spent the whole day with the Barrus'. First we went rhinoing and then trick or treating. Here's all the boys. Max and Boston have been playing so cute together...I need to get a picture.

It was my Mom's 70th birthday the beginning of November so my brothers and sisters and I, ONLY, went on a three day cabin stay. It was so much fun for everyone!! We love our spouses and our children, but it was fun to have a little personal time without the chaos as well. It has been a VERY long time since it has been just us. Actually, I don't remember ever being with all my brothers and sisters without their families. I felt like we all bonded all over again. We seriously only sat around and played games, talked, and took a walk. I highly recommend doing this for your parents for any of you looking for something special to do for them. Needless to say my Mom loved it! Love you Mom!

We played poker and my mom beat us all! It was her first time:)

Toasting to my mom. We put a whole bunch of pictures together as well and made a movie for her. She loved it!

John, Burton, Denise, Mom, James, and Terri. I sure love you all and am so glad that I got to spend a little quality time with you!!! Mom, your the best! Thanks for all you do for me!

We also went to Moab. We started the week out with Chris & Erin, and Bracken & Mandy and ended it with my family. It was so much fun!! I can never complain when I have my husband for a whole week straight:)

Here is my family that was able to make it. Believe it or not, at one time, everyone was going to come...then it dwindled down to this. We are so glad you came though and hope you had as much fun as us!

Bode was so excited to play with Quinton. Thanks for being so nice to Bode Quint! He sure loves you and looks up to you!

We did make it to see Santa the other day and I love this picture! Max wouldn't touch him and Bode wouldn't stop talking his ear off. Man I love these boys!...and they make Christmas so much more fun too!
