First day of preschool

This was a big day for us! He was so excited and I was just as excited...and a little sad. Not sad because I am going to get a 2.5 hour break three days a week, but because I can't believe that he is this old. Look at him, he looks so old! I think it is all just down hill from here, meaning the time just flies. Before I know it he is going to be gone. How did this happen? He was pretty cute. After we took pictures he said, 'You don't have to walk me to school, I am just going to walk." And he kept saying how fast his shoes made him and then would run to show us. Man I love this kid.

Here is him and Blake, who lives across the street. His preschool is taught by this cute girl two blocks away, which means he is already friends with the all classmates except for two.
Beez came home for lunch just to walk him to school. Like I said this was a big day for us.

He is very proud of his spiderman backpack. This was another prize for using the toilet.
The very reason Max is excited for preschool.

Holy cow I have missed a lot too! LIke for instance when did Bode grow up? He goes to school and rides a bike?! Wow! And who is that little blond kid? There is no way that is Max because last time I saw him he was as dark as Bode. What the heck!

I love Bode's hair styling going on.. he looks handsome.
So what did you do with those 2.5 hours 3x a week. I bet Max loved having some alone time with you!

Oh what a cutie! He does look a lot older now. I love the last picture of Max in the headlock. Little brothers get the short end of the stick - we know all about it!
