The Catchup #1

Yes, it's true, I'm back in action. This is the first of my catchup posts. We have been so busy this summer and I feel like I have so many great pictures, but I will just choose from my favorites.

We went to Colorado a couple of times, this is the first time. We went out and hung out with my Dad and brother for a few days and then Beez's family came and met up with us and we took them to Ouray. Ouray is probably my most favorite place in the whole world so it was fun to share it with them. We stayed in this great condo Beez found and rhinoed everyday except for Sunday.
This is a picture of Beez and three of his brothers. They are standing on an old mine shaft. Thought it was kind of a cool picture. (Beez, Jay, Jeff, Brad)
We ended up blessing Max in Colorado. His middle name is James after my dad so we thought it appropriate to bless him there. It was kind of a small group which actually made it kind of fun! Here are the guys who stood in the circle. (Grandpa Greg, Scott, Jay, John, Grandpa Bob, Beez, Jeff)

One of the days before going to Ouray we went and stayed at John's cabin which is always fun! We went on a long rhino ride (Max's first out of the womb) and it was gorgeous!Bode called John 'Uncle John' so he started calling Bode 'Nephew Bode.'The next morning while at John's cabin we went fishing. Bode thought it was great!

This is Bode with his cousins: Jake, Ethan, and Cade before our first rhino ride in Ouray. He loves these boys so much!
We had five rhinos and a fourwheeler, it was quite a sight.
Just a random picture of Max growing too fast!...before he got chunky. His Aunt Terri gave him this oncie that says Silverton, Colorado. Her and her girls got it for him while they were in Ouray when he was born.

Go Owls!
This summer we went to a few Orem Owls baseball games, we were almost their biggest fans. Bode had fun! I recommend these games. It is fun for the kids and relaxing for the parents.

Boat Trip with Mandy, Bracken, and Erin.
Bracken and Mandy took us boating this summer. Erin and Cher came too. It was awesome! Very memorable! The boat kept breaking down so we spent most of our time trying to get it started and shade the new babies. We called the boat marina three times to come get us and then we would get the boat started and then have to call them back to tell them never mind. And then just as expected Bracken took it in to have it looked at after we went and it started right up and had no problems for them. Goes to show just how disgusting Utah Lake is.
Might as well jump in.

Go Rockies!!
This is our second trip to Colorado. My dad has season tickets to the Rockies games so we went to a couple in Denver. It was a lot of fun!
