Halloween 2007

Halloween was a lot of fun this year. Bode thought it was the best night of his life with all the candy he could eat. I was surprised he didn't throw up. Suzanne had a cute little Halloween party, which was a lot of fun! Later that night we went to Brian's family ward trunk or treat and then we went and hung out with my family for awhile.
Bode was really smart and kept going to different people to get them to open his candy for him. I really have no idea how much he actually ate. You can see him in the picture approaching the next victim with a peice of candy to open for him, if that person didn't open it for him then he was on to the next. I kept trying to get him to put the candy he was getting in his bag but he insisted that he hold it until he got something better, it was pretty funny even though it killed me to watch him eat all that junk.
Yes, I know what you are thinking, "Has Brian gotten a lot smaller and Kari Ann been lifting weights?" No, no, this was our Halloween costume...we were each other. I have to give all the credit to Lane and Katie. This is for you. As you can see Brian even let me paint his fingernails, and toenails, and put makeup on him. It was fun getting ready and he was making me laugh so hard all night because he was trying to act like me, actually mocking me. As we were driving to the trunk or treat Brian said, "Do you think guys are checking me out." I told him I doubted it.

*I have more pictures, but for some reason it is not letting me put them on. I'll try later.

I KNOW that the guys were checking Brian out--he looks like one hot babe!! Bode could not be any cuter. He looks so adorable in the pictures at the pumpkin patches and in his costume.

fingernail polish and makeup? I don't think that is Kari Ann. He has a bit too much makeup on to accurately portray you, but I would have loved to see his impression of you. Now, did you appropriately act like Brian in return?

That is so funny that you got him to dress up like you, and wear make up!

That is so funny. I can just picture him mocking you right now. I agree with Maria on the too much make up but he also is wearing a trendy necklace and I don't think I see you wearing too much jewelry either.

Beez don't listen to everyone else, you are beautiful. But then, this isn't the first time you have dressed like a woman...

SO FUNNY! I can TOTALLY picture you laughing as you are "dressing him up"! I thought Brandon was a good sport!! Way to go Brian! Bode lookes so dang cute. My kids couldn't keep their candy in their buckets either ... Halloween should be for passing out vegetables and fruit. I would feel much better as a mother if that were the case!
